Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pitt!
After years of making the public wonder "when," one of Hollywood's most powerful couples finally tied the knot. According to the E! News, the couples spokesperson stated that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married on August 23rd in France. Not much else is known except for the fact that all six of their children were there and took part in the wedding.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pitt!
If you're a regular reader, or follow me on Twitter, then you already know that I recently moved to Los Angeles. Starting over new is a wonderful experience, but it does mean one thing; no TV. These past two weeks I have been without a TV and my only means of watching my favorite shows is via internet when I find time to actually sit down and watch them. That being said, I recently had a chance to catch up on True Blood and watch the series finale...here are my thoughts.
First, True Blood has been one of my favorite shows for the past few years. It became a regular habit to watch the show every Sunday with my dad. I grew to love the show, and the characters. I had my favorites(Pam, Godric, Eric, and Lafayette), and I had my list of characters that I couldn't stand(Sarah Newlin, Russell Edgington, Alcide), and through all the ups and downs, AKA season 5, the show will forever hold a special place in my heart as one of my favorite shows of all times. It doesn't seem right that the show is over. I understand the whole logic of quitting while you're ahead, but I just wish the show would keep going on. With that, let's discuss the series finale.
The episode quickly brought everything to an end, and provided answers to a bunch of burning questions. Would Jason ever settle down? What would happen to New Blood? Would Sarah Newlin ever be a free woman? Most importantly, would Bill and Sookie end up together?
If you're anything like me, then you were pulling for a yes on the last question. Unfortunately we didn't get the yes that, I at least feel, we deserved. Instead we see Sookie kill Bill (haha see what I did there), and end up with an unknown human. Together they lead a normal life and have kids. I guess that's really all the closure we needed from the episode. Part of me wished it was longer, but maybe that's just the part of me longing for another season. All in all, I guess I have to accept that True Blood is over. I am proud to say that I was True to the end.
These two shows have both held the title of "Current Obsession" before, but now they both will hold the title at the same exact time! MTV's Teen Wolf and HBO's True Blood recently premiered the newest seasons and I am loving, and obsessing, over both right now!
I've been a fan of Teen Wolf since it's first season, and I got into True Blood during the second season. Ever since then, they have easily become two of my favorite shows. I'm definitely a little sad that this is the last season of True Blood, but it's been a great run.
If you haven't checked out either one of these shows, I highly recommend tuning in-to the next episode. Teen Wolf airs every Monday on MTV at 10pm EST, and True Blood airs on Sunday's at 9pm EST on HBO. What are your current obsessions?
Global superstar Jennifer Lopez has just released her 10th studio album, A.K.A. This is her first album being released through Capital Records, and it has been described as "a showcase for where she is at today."
She recently became the first female recipient of the Billboard Icon Award, and has been celebrating the release with tons of high-profile television appearances.
A.K.A. http://smarturl.it/AKAJLo features collaborations with French Montana, Rick Ross, TI, Pitbull, Iggy Azalea, Tyga, Sia, Chantal Kreviazuk, Kirby, Chris Brown, and producers Max Martin and Savan Kotecha, Detail, RoccStar, DJ Mustard, Diplo, Harmony, Pop and Oak and long-time collaborator Cory Rooney. You can view the official video for Lopez’s new single, “First Love,” HERE.
America's most talked about family is back! Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered it's ninth season this past Sunday, and of course I had to watch. I can't get enough of this family and I love the show.
The newest season will focus on Khloe's continued separation from Lamar, Kim and Kanye's wedding, and Kourtney's pregnancy! That's enough to hook any reality show junkie, including myself.
If you saw the first episode, let me konw what you thought in the comment section below! Be sure to tune-in to E! every Sunday at 9pm to catch new episodes of KUWTK.
