So I know I've been away for a little bit, but I've been so busy with working on a bunch of other projects, getting ready for my move to California, and enjoying a little vacation in Canada (Blog on that coming soon). In the midst of all this, I recently spoke with a bunch of my friends from my eighth grade class, and we all decided to do a reunion! It was such a fun time and I really enjoyed seeing everyone.
It's so weird how six years ago we were all graduating eighth grade, nervous about going to high schools, and now we are all becoming mature adults following their own paths. I'm so glad that we did this, especially with moving next month. We hadn't all been together in such a long time so it was definitely a nostalgic experience. Through all the reminiscing and catching up, one thing was certain; everyone was happy. That's the most important thing, to be honest.
Of course we all went our own ways, and we all are following our own dreams, but at the end of the night it was clear that we were all doing well for ourselves, and that we were all happy. To the class of 2008, I wish you all the best and much continued success! Let's do this again sometime.
