This is so sad! X Factor Alum and G.R.L. singer, Simone Battle, has passed away at the age of 25. I read about this last night but did not want to believe that it was true. Unfortunately, G.R.L. has confirmed the horrible news. The group commented about the loss via their Twitter.
"Words cannot express the depth of our loss. Simone's incredible talent was only surpassed by the size of her heart. We will carry her memory with us in everything we do."
There is no confirmation on cause of death. Such a heart breaking story. Rest in peace Simone. My thoughts and prayers go out to Simone's family and friends.
